F*ck me I forgot about tumblr
I’ve been rather distracted of late, and after getting as far as reading the guardian and checking twitter for whimsical celebrity rumblings I basically forget that I have a pseudo blog and stuff. I’ll write more in it soon. Some people actually read it and stuff. So I’m told.

Happy New Year Music Industry
Earlier this week HMV announced the closure of roughly 10% of it’s UK Stores due to poor sales at Christmas. The industry meanwhile disclosed a decline in album sales (while sales of singles increased). Clearly the landscape of popular music is changing, but why?
